Enjoyable double room, the service was really great. I got free upgrade and loved it. The continental breakfast included a great selection of meals. The venue provided complimentary coffee in the reception.
-
Really handy location, spotless and lovely relaxing place. The breakfast was fine and offered lots of options. Small garden and very clean pool area.
-
It had delightful rooms and fab position. Extraordinary view of sea. The personnel in this magnificent hotel was delicate. What's mote - there was complimentary internet.
-
the location was brilliant, the breakfast was very tasty and staff was willing to help.
Facilities were modern, however Wi-Fi was weak.
-
I loved staff and service and perfect bed. Beautiful building, spotlessly clean and cosy bedroom. There were shops and supermarket around the hotel. Restaurant was stunning. Heated pool area too.

The place was old fashioned, spotless, had perfect location and staff. Bed was really comfortable, and the room itself was large.
Didn't like the area, it was extremely noisy.
-
There was the very adequate breakfast, loved the location.
Clean enough place and everyone was willing to help. Breakfast staff went beyond just doing their job. I asked for suite, it was newly remodeled and brand new. I had a soft bed, and fridge and trouser press. Found in a peaceful area.
-
There were facilities such as heating, an electronic key card and a study table. Plus, it was good to have free Wi Fi. For tea or coffee visit marks & spencer cafe nearby.

I loved the hotel. I paid gbp 9 per person for breakfast. The reception staff went above and beyond their duties. Such a GREAT place - within walking distance of everything. Moreover, it was 5 km from Kennixton.
-
The room was spotlessly clean, worth every dollar. Nice locaiton, access to major roads and nearby such as town centre
-
We were here for celebrating birthday and it exceeded all expectations. Great beds, delicious meals, loyal staff. We loved our good sized room. Cardiff Outskirts district is worth looking into.
-
Free drink voucher, spotless bed linen and right by a busy roundabout & nearby stores. Parking is complimentary.

The pond behind the hotel gave the whole complex a great flair, including the terraces. The bar and restaurant above were very cosy and sociable.
The stairwell smelled like a very old carpet, as if there had been a smoking room somewhere.
